It sucked soooo much time!!! We finally got to see the show later in the week after more waiting and the 4D experience (the movie) itself was great as it has been in the past. I was pretty pissed! I had a lot of better things I could have been doing than hanging around for a movie that may or may not have been showing (in this case was not). Even after asking her again about show time cycles, her explanation did not jive with what was actually showing. The girl did not apologize or anything even after I reminded her that she had told me that time. We returned a few minutes before that time, and the show about to start was nowhere near the one we wanted to see and had been told would be showing. A guy jumped ahead of us in line and the process of checking him out took so much time that we missed the show we wanted to see so I asked specifically for the time of that show’s next showing. We redeemed the groupon and tried the next day. Because we had a groupon, we needed to redeem upstairs which we were not aware of so fine, no biggie. I went and got my family based on the showtimes she noted.
The first time I visited the attendant to ask about show times (last Saturday afternoon), she was friendly and explained all the details to me. My family and I wanted to watch two specific 4D movies among the four show lineup.
